The newly established Workplace Services Group at Te Tari Taiwhenua (DIA) is seeking proven leaders who know what good looks like and are happy to share this across the teams. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark.

This is an exciting newly established role where you will be responsible for leading our front door services and day to day issues management responses for our people, managers and business groups. Key focuses include ensuring the team achieves timeliness, consistency and continues on a journey of service improvement.

You will join our newly formed leadership team where we will fully support and encourage you in your leadership development and will offer you every opportunity to grow and thrive in your role. We are seeking proven leaders who are keen to be part of and help form a high performing, cohesive and functioning team.

You will have proven experience in the following areas:

  • Leading a high performing operational team

  • Managing or leading advisory teams in a service delivery environment

  • Continuous improvement

  • History of achievement in providing high quality advice

  • Record of effectiveness in forming partnerships of value and relationships of trust with others

  • Comprehensive knowledge of advisory and helpdesk environments

  • Strong knowledge of incident management practices

Excellent communication and relationship management skills are a key requirement with a role that will have touch points across the Workplace Services Group and wider organisation.
