Marketing & Campaign Specialist

A wonderful opportunity to step in for 12 months and get across the entire go-to market plan for the NZ company. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will not need to change the world, but you will need to be a good Marketing generalist as you will be involved in all elements of the marketing campaign for this retail organisation.

Essential for success in this role will include:

  • Owning key elements of the media and creative production
  • Executing of the marketing strategy and promotional programs
  • Taking ownership for all the campaign elements of the promotional calendar
  • Managing the entire brief process from product and planning to agency
  • Managing all customer communications across the calendar and all the layers of the media platform
  • P lanning content for online and CRM
  • Managing the face of the website
  • Contributing to several adhoc projects

There is a lot happening in this role. If you are someone with excellent generalist marketing skills and the ability to roll up your sleeves and do the doing, then this is an opportunity for you. No two days are the same and you will love the variety.

With a wide set of skills, you will be able to ask questions, liaise across the business and influence outcomes.

Understanding the variety of channels to market and being able to decide which will be the most effective option is just one area you can add your capability to.

You background?

  • Previous experience in campaign and end to end CRM processes across a variety of channels
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects
  • A self- starter with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Experience with possibly photoshop or CRM systems but not essential
  • Digitally savvy and experience in social and digital campaigns
  • Fun and hardworking
