We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to permanently join our client who has a strong and contemporary brand. In this role you will be supporting the marketing team and marketing and brand initiatives across the organisation You will assist the team with administration, preparing and maintaining of documents, templates and forms, liaising with teams across the organisation to coordinate marketing and brand changes or reviews of materials and ordering and maintaining stock levels for company assets and collateral.
The Marketing Assistant also provides back up support to the digital content and channels team for email and social media campaigns. They may also offer project management support on a variety of marketing and brand initiatives ranging from design, signage and/or internal document template design and management.
You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in a marketing or communications role
- Accuracy with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience using databases and CRM
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications e.g. MailChimp, survey tools is a plus.
