Marketing Manager
This high-profile brand is after their next Marketing Manager to come in to the team during an exciting period of change.
This is a large role which will require a deft touch, along with the following attributes.
- Experience managing a team of 15-20 with 5-6 direct reports.
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio, and budget to match.
- Experience across a range of marketing mediums.
- A strategic, forward thinking mind and approach.
- You will need credibility in the marketing space, and a strong grasp of what makes New Zealand, New Zealand.
- You will be able to present to a range of audiences in conversation, meetings, launch presentations, and more.
- You will be resilient and able to pivot when needed.
- You will understand what it takes to market one of the biggest brands in NZ.
This company is strongly future facing. They are introducing new technologies and need their marketing and brand to move along with it. This is a rare opportunity, at a rare time of growth and change for the brand. You will be joining a mix of long tenure staff, and new staff alike; the ability to manage this mix while also joining the team will be essential.

This is a permanent role, based in Palmerston North. It has been salaried at $120,000-$140,000, with a very generous benefits package to be negotiated.
