  • Salary: 60 000 Annual salary.
  • You will be working Monday- Friday from either 08:00- 16:30 or 08:30- 17:00.
  • Greenlane/Ellerslie location.

Would you like to work for one of New Zealand’s Leading primary healthcare providers? We are looking to recruit a Medical Administration/Customer Service Representative to join the team in Auckland to provide administrative support to their medical centers and pharmacies.

About the role:
  • Ensuring service is provided to patients according to company standards.
  • Processing enrolment forms.
  • Ensuring appropriate customer service is provided both telephonically and face to face with patients, staff members & external suppliers.
  • Process Medical claims.
  • Ensuring appointments and payments for services are kept up to date and managed accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

About you:
  • Comfortable on the phone.
  • Proven administration and customer care experience.
  • Strong Computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • High level of organisational skills.
  • Detail orientated.
Essential for the role:
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Clear Credit record.
