We are currently looking for experienced Medical Receptionists and Administrators for Temporary roles throughout Auckland.
As well as your prior experience in a similar role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be proactive and organised and have a can-do attitude.
You will need to have Medical systems knowledge and be computer savvy.
These roles are customer service focused so it goes without saying that you will have excellent interpersonal skills.
To be considered, you will possess the following:
- Previous reception or administration experience within the healthcare or medical sectors
- Previous experience using Medtech, Gensolve, Indici, SPM or Concerto systems
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Professional manner
- Positive and out going attitude
