Opportunity for an experienced Technical Training Manager with hands on experience with forklifts.

This role will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining the technical training programmes across the company. This role ensures forklift technicians are skilled, safe ,productive and consistent in their work supporting high service quality, reduced rework and strong commercial performance.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience in forklifts, heavy equipment or related mechanical/electrical fields with proven experience diagnostic  and repair expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering technical training and/or coaching in a workshop or field service environment.
  • Ability to create structured training materials and technical documentation ie SOP's, manuals)
  • Ability to influence, mentor and lift capability across operational teams
