Office Administration Support

Skills & Competencies required:

  • Proficient on MS Office at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Experience in administrative support roles
  • Natural networker and liaison
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Māori
  • Good proficiency level of tikanga and Te Reo Māori me ōna tikanga
  • Exposure to Kaupapa Māori
  • Understanding of and commitment to upholding Te Tiriti O Waitangi

Duties may include:

  • Meet & Greet visitors
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Preparing of meeting rooms
  • Housekeeping
