Due to their remarkable growth, they are now seeking a highly capable and motivated Office Administrator/Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team.

As the Office Administrator/Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the executive and senior leadership team. This multifaceted position entails assisting various departments, including sales, marketing, and professional services. Moreover, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional administration services to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the executive and senior leadership team to ensure efficient operations and streamline processes.
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities, supporting campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for the professional services team, ensuring seamless project coordination.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients, promptly addressing queries and concerns.
