We are currently on the hunt for an experienced administrator to join this amazing brand and proudly Kiwi owned organisation. This is a temporary role for around 3-5 months to start immediately with the option of longer term.

In this role you will be reporting to the National Administration Manager and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and administration.

Duties:

  • Ordering of office supplies and stationery
  • Ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are kept neat and tidy
  • Arranging of morning teas and other staff functions
  • Reception and concierge duties as required
  • Secretarial services to the Manager
  • General administration to the wider team

  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong work ethic
