Our client is a well-established business and has been going from strength-to-strength in the last 2 years. A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Office Manager/Administrator to join this dynamic team.

About the job:

This role is the heart of the team and your main functions will revolve around co-ordinating day-to-day operations

Your duties will include:

  • Bookkeeping, credit control, and payroll functions
  • Scheduling jobs on site for technicians
  • Reception and customer service
  • Co-ordinate documentation for projects
  • Reporting on technical issues identified by operators
  • Routine reporting
  • Developing and implementing new admin systems
  • Providing team support to managers
  • Enter, receipt, and reconcile invoices into Xero
  • Resolve materials discrepancies and arrange credit notes
  • Booking of safety training courses
  • Compile timesheets and process payroll

What you will bring to the team:

  • Previous experience as Office Manager / Administrator is a must
  • Experience in a support role in an Engineering / building and construction environment will be highly advantageous
