Located East Auckland, this fast-growing Australasian company is seeking an energetic Office Manager to play a key part across all departments of their Auckland. Due to the continued success of this business, they require a self-motivated individual to be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of all administrative based activities, as well as providing support to the leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate meetings, catering, travel arrangements
  • Administrative tasks, taking minutes, agenda coordination
  • Maintain vehicles and user information
  • Basic accounts support
  • Undertake audits of office supplies, ordering of stock
  • Organise building maintenance as required
  • Prepare documentation in a confidential manner
  • Health and Safety duties
  • Assist the leadership team with various duties
  • General Administrative support

Key requirements and experience you will need include:

  • You must have a love of animals
  • Three years in a PA role or Strong Administrative background
  • You will have ability to develop relationships
  • Experience with Health and Safety
  • Computer literacy
