My client is looking for an experienced office manager to join their team to be the glue between the customers and their team of drivers. This role will be managing a small team of Customer Service Representatives, along with assisting in the day to day operations of the customer service department.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the customer service, staffing, health and safety, and other administrative tasks. You will be the face of the company and be involved with customers, contractors, and local council on a regular basis, so the need to be integral and positive is key.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- High levels of administration experience
- Immaculate customer service
- Strong interpersonal communication and skills
- Month end financial experience would be to your advantage
- The ability to build and maintain key relationships at all levels
