I am looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a small, but busy team to assist with the day to day running of the business.

This role has a lot of variety, you will be providing high level executive support as well as being the port of call for anything required by other team members. To be successful in this position, you will be happy to pitch in on a range of tasks, whether they be reordering stationary, delivering a forgotten document or serving coffees. You will understand that for a business to succeed, the little things are just as important as the big things.

In addition to the above, you will be assisting with proof-reading, organising diary appointments, presentations and wider administration requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous experience in a private organisation, perhaps as an Office Manager or Personal Assistant
  • Be happy to wear a few different hats – e.g. be the receptionist on one hand and an executive assistant on the other
  • Be forward thinking and able to anticipate which tasks may need doing next
  • Have excellent spelling and grammar
  • Have prior experience with diary management and travel bookings
  • Have a customer service focus when dealing with clients
  • Be an extremely strong administrator
  • Have experience supporting managers
