This highly successful professional services firm is looking for a passionate, high energy, new Office/Practice Manager to oversee the operational side of the business including finance, administration and HR support.

The role will include:

  • Assisting with admin tasks to ensure an efficient office environment
  • Overseeing the Admin staff
  • Debtors and Creditors processing and payments
  • Monthly and annual financial statements and reporting
  • HR and Payroll function
  • Regular reporting and support to Management team
  • Facilities management

Skills and experience required:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Financial management experience
  • Accounting experience through to annual reporting
  • Technical skills in Xero, iPayroll, WorkflowMax, Indesign preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Staff management experience
