The role is Operational Analyst and is a data and admin-based role supporting Contact Tracing. This role supports the Triage Team who publishing locations of interest, sending out push notifications for COVID Tracing App users and add lists of close contacts into the contact tracing database. They also help with finding phone numbers for people who they are unable to contact. The hours of operation of this team are between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm, 7 days service. Hours will be rostered – 8 hours per day you must be able to commit to at least one Saturday or Sunday every week (this can be work from home).
We will also consider part time hours of 3 days per week with at least one day being Saturday or Sunday. An excellent opportunity if you are looking for some part time work.

We are looking for people who have strong MS Suite skills including Excel (you will be asked to complete computer skills testing)
