Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Diary Management
  • Co-ordinating phone, video and conference calls
  • General administration support to the broader Corporate Team
  • Formatting of documents, presentations, letters and e-mails
  • Social Media
  • Event and travel arrangements
  • Assisting Management with small ad-hoc projects

Key Skills and Competencies Preferred:

  • Proven administration and support experience
  • Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Professional presentation
  • Good organisational skills
