• Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
• 6 months contract
• Auckland Based – Hybrid working

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to be part of a team delivering enterprise HR transformation initiatives.

You will need to have in-depth functional HCM knowledge with strong technical capability and thrive in end-to-end delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Global Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent modules
• Techno-functional expertise across Oracle HCM implementations
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end/full lifecycle implementations
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to Workday or SAP HCM would be beneficial
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
