I am currently recruiting for two experienced Systems Accountants, to work with a new project team. We are open to looking at a Permanent, or 12 month Fixed-Term option, on candidate discretion.
Duties Include:
- Month-end duties - preparation of systems processes for month-end and year-end
- General systems and process management; maintaining User Accounts, day-to-day Systems Administration, ensuring availability and accuracy of databases that support the FMIS
- Improve and maintain databases, to include rollout and project upgrades
- Implement and release database changes as submitted, maintain call queues when needed
- Prepare and document business systems/processes, identify and document Financial Accounting process gaps
We Are Looking For:
- 3-5 years experience in a Systems Accountant role (or similar), with experience in Oracle or SQL preferred
- Experience in FMIS change projects, as well as Systems BAU work with an excellent understanding of current best practices
- Preferred - CA Qualification,or a member of CAANZ, or an equivalent professional accounting body
- Results oriented, team-player who has a strong attention to detail
