- Organisation Change and Communications

This role will play a key part in driving effective change management and communications activities, ensuring impacted stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported through organisational change.
You will be part of a significant transformation programme focused on changes to organisational structure, operating model, and ways of working. Strong change leadership and clear communication are critical to ensuring successful adoption and alignment across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management
- Develop and implement practical change management plans aligned to programme milestones
- Conduct change impact assessments across teams, roles, and processes
- Support stakeholder readiness and adoption activities
- Identify change risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies
- Work with project and business leaders to embed sustainable change practices
- Design and deliver clear, consistent change communications across impacted audiences
- Translate complex programme updates into simple, engaging messaging
- Develop communications materials including emails, FAQs, briefing notes, and intranet content
- Support leadership communications, messaging, and talking points
- Ensure timely and transparent communication throughout the reform programme
- Partner closely with programme leadership, HR, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate engagement sessions, workshops, and feedback loops where required
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment and escalate key risks or concerns early
Reporting
- Provide regular updates on change and communications activity
- Contribute to programme reporting on readiness, engagement, and adoption
- Support governance forums with relevant change insights and updates
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in organisation change management and internal communications
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or reform programmes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex information
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in public sector or transport environments (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) advantageous
- Comfortable working in a part-time contractor role (2 days per week)
