Job Description

  • Organisational Change Contractor
  • Hourly rate, 6 months
  • Auckland city fringe
Opportunity for an experienced organisational change contractor or senior HR Consultant to join a large organisation to design and oversee the delivery of the consultation process and transition. Immediate start in the next 2 -3 weeks.
 

Key Experience required:

  • Organisational change design
  • Strong ER knowledge
  • Stakeholder management/Business Partnering
  • Unionised environment
