Looking for a People and Capability Advisor!
This growing Organization is looking to add a P & C Advisor to their team. The role will have a heavy recruitment component, as you will be leading the recruitment functions across the business. This role also provides generalist human resources support to the People and Capability team as required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Advise hiring managers, ensuring prompt support and compliance to the Authority recruitment processes.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle including writing job descriptions and advertisements, arranging interviews and liaising with applicants and recruiting managers.
- Provide broad support to the rest of the People and Capability team, performing operational activities in a timely, systematic and effective manner.
- Lead with purpose, communicating clearly to persuade and inspires others.
You will bring to this role:
- Relevant qualification and/or relevant work experience.
- Comprehensive experience of managing end to end recruitment.
- Experience in preparing dashboards for reporting.
- Good understanding of legislation, including state-sector requirements relating to human resource management.
- High standard of computer literacy.
