You will provide Facilities Management for the site and also PA administrative support to the General Manager located in the Auckland office.
These duties involve:
Managing the day to day facilities requirements for the site including contractors, security, H & S, cleaning contractors
Provide diary management, and administrative support to the Auckland manager and ensure their day to day work activities are managed effectively.
Exercise discretion and initiative when working with the Auckland manager
Self-manage yourself on a daily basis
This includes responding to a wide range of building services queries and issues and resolving these where appropriate. You will also be the point of contact for all building contractors and manage these relationships on a day to day basis.
To be successful you must:
Be available to work full time
Competent in MS office systems (You will be tested on this)
Be a team player and provide support where needed
Previous office support/ PA experience
Must be a NZ Resident or Citizen or on a working holiday visa with 10 months remaining on your visa
