I'm working with a full-service agency to find a senior Search leader to lift their Paid Search product and performance, and to help clients navigate a world where the way people discover and choose brands keeps changing.
The opportunity
- Lead Paid Search strategy and delivery across their clients, connecting it to SEO, GEO/AEO, AI and social search
- Champion new Search products and AI-led innovation, and shape the agency's frameworks, QA standards and ways of working
- Coach a direct report and build Search capability across the agency
You bring
- Advanced Google Ads and Microsoft Ads expertise
- Real understanding of SEO and GEO, and experience running structured test-and-learn programmes
- The ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations, and to be the trusted advisor clients lean on
- This agency sees Search as the link between consumer intent and measurable business outcomes, and you'll help shape what Search and Discovery look like for them.
