We have a part-time opportunity for a switched on, detail-oriented all-rounder who is looking to step into a role that offers work-life balance. Join a design leader in the Architectural industry and bring your creativity to an innovative team.

The duties of the role will include but not be limited to: -

  • Office support
  • Answering telephones
  • Assisting with bids and tenders
  • Social Media marketing
  • Organising meetings/project reviews
  • Diary management
  • Generating reports
  • Keeping the office tidy
  • Stationery orders
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties where required

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience using InDesign/Photoshop
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Good sense of humour
