Parts Manager – Pukekohe

The position
The Parts Manager role is client facing and requires regular communication and collaboration with customers to ensure that their equipment is always operating efficiently. You will be dealing with stock management, service delivery and ensuring all customers are managed professionally to ensure an excellent experience and their business is able to operate with continuity.
What you will need to be successful
- Experience running a parts department in the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- The ability to build and maintain successful relationships
- Team management experience, or a strong aptitude and desire for leadership opportunities
- Mechanical knowledge or a Parts certificate would be advantageous
