A leading and well renowned New Zealand Company looking for an experienced and motivated Payroll Administrator.

We are looking for a PayGlobal or IMS experienced and confident individual to manage the weekly payroll function and supplier invoicing/payments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Timely, accurate and effective delivery of weekly payrolls
  • Regularly Updating details of employees and management of leave balances
  • Month End reconciliation, online banking and payroll reporting
  • Be compliant with regulatory and statutory regulations
  • Processing invoices and payments for suppliers
  • Assist where appropriate with other tasks as directed

What the right candidate will have:

  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • PayGlobal OR IMS experience of minimum 1 year and knowledge of processes and legislation
  • Ability work as a part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, and other payroll systems
  • The right candidate will be a NZ citizen, have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
