Our client is a national childcare provider, based on Auckland’s North Shore. Due to the rapid growth and changes within the business, there is currently a need for extra support within the finance team.
They are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator, available to start immediately, for a 3-month contract. The role is part-time, for 24 hours per week, either three full days, or four days of six hours (Monday and Tuesday are required).
You will be responsible for processing the payroll for approximately 165 employees, primarily waged, with some salaried, across four legal entities, in DATACOM SmartPayroll.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience as a Payroll Administrator
- Experience with DATACOM SmartPayroll
- Available to start immediately
- Available to work on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Strong attention to detail
