- Up to 3 days work from home per week
I am currently looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Advisor, to assist a public sector client with running their end-to-end payroll. This short-term contract is a great opportunity to secure work for over the Christmas and New Year period, with 2 weeks Christmas shut-down.
Duties Include:
- Use of the Fusion5 system and work with the provider, to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Actioning any changes of leave, superannuation, new starters and leavers, as well as ACC calculations
- End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll, for up to 1000 salaried and hourly rate employees
- Assist with running a shared inbox, answering queries related to payroll and Fusion5
We Are Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end payroll, with the confidence to hit the ground running in a new environment
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation, with the ability to apply this to BAU situations
- Ability to build relationships quickly and relate well to others, with a customer-centric working style
