We are seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to be part of a small vibrant team within a manufacturing organisation.   The role is to assist in the processing of their inhouse weekly payroll. This includes new employees, salary and allowance changes, pay calculations, terminations, ACC, IRD, employee expenses, for staff of 850 using Pay Global Payroll system. There will also be some HR administration duties that include assistimg with recruiting, inhouse staff loan facilitation and double checking documentation.

The suitable candidate will have:

  • Proven payroll experience and knowledge of NZ Employment Law
  • An ability to co-ordinate and assist pay runs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail with ability to problem solve
  • Honest and up front approach with a good understanding of confidentiality
