I am currently recruiting for two Senior Payroll Advisors, to join a large public sector based team.
Duties Include:
- Run end-to-end Pay on a fortnightly basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across payruns
- Systems, reporting and some project work is required at a Senior level
- Applying legislation across BAU payruns
- System updates, HR administration and query resolution
- Training and mentoring of new team members
- Approval of final payruns
We are Looking for:
- 5+ years experience in the Payroll space, ideally at a Senior level with the ability to run end-to-end pay
- Strong systems experience across HRIS and Payroll systems, with an ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Previous experience with Holidays Act remuneration and strong knowledge of NZ legislation
