- Fixed-Term Position until 31st March 2023
- $70,000-78,000 per annum + Kiwisaver and leave entitlements
- Role can be based in Upper Hutt or Wellington CBD
Assist a busy Payroll team who are currently undergoing an SAP upgrade, with BAU payroll and project work. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to be involved with systems testing and end-to-end payroll.
This Role Involves:
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll for monthly and fortnightly pay-run
- Ensure all leave is accurately processed, including ACC, annual and sick leave
- Process terminations, new hires and variations to employee pay data
- Undertake testing of system supplier upgrades and other project work as required
- Use the MS Office, SAP and HRIS systems to ensure data is up to date and accurate
We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience working within a large team, in a large organisation (ideally in the public sector)
- Previous experience using SAP, or another complex payroll system to run pay
- Sound understanding of Payroll legislation and how this applies to everyday situations
- A customer-centric working style, with a proven track record of delivering results
