I am currently recruiting for a twelve-month fixed-term position, as a Payroll Advisor.
These roles involve being part of a medium sized team, with an excellent culture and a manager who enjoys mentoring and challenging their staff.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payruns for approximately 700 employees using Oracle
- Responding to relevant Payroll queries, as well as working with HR Teams to ensure data accuracy
- Carry out superannuation, insurance, ACC claims and team changes from an administrative perspective
- Undertake special projects throughout the performance year, including an upcoming systems change project
We are looking for the following experience:
- Previous payroll experience, working in a silo’d environment, or end-to-end payroll experience
- Sound knowledge of Payroll systems and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn new skills and be part of a team
