  • $65,000 per annum (flexible), 30 hours per week
  • Not-for-profit client, work from home available

I am currently looking for a Payroll Advisor, to assist a private, not-for-profit client with their pay-run. This is an opportunity to assist with running pay for up to 1000 employees, with a supportive team and Senior Payroll Advisor.

Duties Include:

  • Preparation and execution of fortnightly payroll for up to 1000 employees, on collective agreements
  • Delivery of reports based on payroll information, for the Board and internal teams
  • Maintain and update employee data in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to queries regarding pay, as well as internal Payroll and HRIS systems

We Are Looking For:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a payroll environment, with the desire to learn new skills in the payroll space
  • Experience in a financial administration, or coordination position is beneficial
  • Excellent ability to work in a team environment, reliability and a positive attitude towards work
