I am currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Consultant, who is interested in a new challenge. The successful candidate will work with small businesses to implement payroll software, answer queries and assist with systems issues. The payroll system is continuously improving, with opportunities to learn and grow in this space.
What Does this Role Involve?
- Work with new and existing customers via phone and email, to assist with implementations and general queries
- Escalate and solve complex systems issues, following up with customers to ensure resolution
- Assist in coordination of day-to-day activities, to ensure delivery of an effective and responsive service
- Train new and existing clients on the use of software, supporting the onboarding of new customers
This role can be based in either Wellington, or Auckland and is a great opportunity to step into something new.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a cando attitude, with a love of working in a changing environment and being challenged
- Confidence and proven experience with end-to-end payroll, payroll systems and answering pay queries
- Excellent communication skills, with an affinity for systems
