Payroll Project Lead
- ASAP – 4 Months, Hourly Rate Contract
- $80.00 - 110.00 per hour
- Wellington CBD Based, Work-From-Home Flexibility
- 20 hours per week
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Project Lead, to assist a well-established public-sector client with a new system implementation. This team processes pay for 140 employees, on a fortnightly basis and is looking for a confident Payroll professional to lead the implementation of Elmo.
Other Duties Include:
- Support in switching from the Datapay system to the Elmo Payroll system.
- Act as the main point of contact for the new provider, working as the day-to-day implementation lead
- Confirm configuration requirements and coordinate issue reporting during implementation
- Run pilot groups to ensure testing is appropriate for a larger scale project
- Support and manage go-live, working across payroll configuration and upload
We are ideally looking for:
- An experienced Payroll Advisor, who is confident across the interpretation of payroll legislation, end-to-end payroll processing and has worked with several Payroll systems
- Confidence to implement a new system, with experience in a payroll systems implementation, in testing, configuration of liaison with external suppliers
- A confident communication style, with a good ability to manage change and work in a project environment
