- Providing day-to-day functional guidance, troubleshooting, and improvements
- Working closely with HR and Payroll teams to ensure system stability
- Transitioning knowledge from incumbent providers and embedding best practice
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support across SAP SuccessFactors EC (essential) and ECP
- Maintain and optimise system configuration and business processes
- Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders across operations
- Deliver training, coaching and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Support a smooth transition from external vendor support to internal ownership
About You
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory)
- Proven background supporting SAP Payroll / ECP environments
- A functional consultant mindset – practical, hands-on, and solutions-focused
- Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring and uplifting capability
- Comfortable working within large, complex or government environments
What’s on Offer
- Initial 3–6 month contract, with likely extension
- Key role in a high-profile SAP environment
- Opportunity to make a lasting impact building internal capability
