We are looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to join a well-known commercial organisation. This is a great opportunity for a Junior Advisor/Senior Coordinator with some advisory experience. Salary ranging between $80k-$90k p.a.
Key responsibilities:
- HR advisory service for internal stakeholders, managing the HR queries
- Recruitment activities including on-boarding & off-boarding process
- Ongoing maintenance of information in HRIS and payroll systems
- Support HR team in multiple HR projects
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR advisory service
- Understanding of NZ Employment legislation
- Technical savvy
- A sound communicator and a relationship-builder
- Excellent stakeholder management skill
