I am searching for a confident and reliable HR Administrator on a part-time basis to provide recruitment and administration support to this busy and successful team based in the Wellington CBD.

You will be using your high attention to detail and accuracy to monitor and answer queries and applications in the jobs inbox, coordinate interviews, be involved in shortlisting and longlisting processes, drafting up contracts, advertising vacancies, phone screening and reference checking candidates.

The ideal person will have the following attributes:

  • A good sense of humour
  • Previous experience in an HR administration position so you can hit the ground running
  • Tech savvy
  • An understanding of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, off boarding and inductions)
  • A good awareness of privacy requirements
  • A hard worker with a ‘go-getter’ attitude
