The People & Capability Manager is a newly created role to grow a championship team.Responsible for the HR function, People Leadership, Communications and Employer Branding.

To be successful in this role you will need strong experience in the following areas:

  • Communications (internal/external)
  • Employer branding
  • Organisational Culture building
