Opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Administrator to provide high quality administrative and coordination support to the P&C team, ensuring employee lifecycle processes, people data and core P&C operations run accurately, consistently and on time. The role contributes to the effectiveness and reputation of the P&C function by combining strong organisation, attention to detail and professional judgement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support for Employee life-cycle procedures
  • Employee onboarding
  • Employee file maintenance
  • Administration
  • Event and Meeting support
  • Report preparation for leaders
  • Maintain P&C Calendar
  • Project Administration
We are looking for proven secretarial, HR Administration/Coordination OR office experience, with exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You will need to have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines and have experience supporting multiple team members.

The role requires clear written and verbal communication and high levels of discretion and professionalism.
