I’m looking for a junior to intermediate level HR Advisor for a global organisation based in Auckland Central. This is a true HR Generalist role for an ambitious HR Advisor who likes to strengthen her/his own HR practice in an organisation with global touch.

Key responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment for a wide range of roles, including contracts generation and variations
- HR advisory services to stakeholders
- Manage ER issues
- Maintain and update HR part on Intranet
- Learning and Development – managing L&D account and developing learning opportunities with managers
- Workforce planning
- Psychometric test management
- Health & Safety – hold H&S meetings and respond to queries
About you:
- 1-2 years of HR Advisory
- Proven ER experience
- An excellent communicator who is confident talking to both Senior Management team and frontline employees
- Adapt to change
- Friendly and approachable
