I’m looking for a junior to intermediate level HR Advisor for a global organisation based in Auckland Central. This is a true HR Generalist role for an ambitious HR Advisor who likes to strengthen her/his own HR practice in an organisation with global touch.

Key responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment for a wide range of roles, including contracts generation and variations
  • HR advisory services to stakeholders
  • Manage ER issues
  • Maintain and update HR part on Intranet
  • Learning and Development – managing L&D account and developing learning opportunities with managers
  • Workforce planning
  • Psychometric test management
  • Health & Safety – hold H&S meetings and respond to queries

About you:

  • 1-2 years of HR Advisory
  • Proven ER experience
  • An excellent communicator who is confident talking to both Senior Management team and frontline employees
  • Adapt to change
  • Friendly and approachable
