Outstanding opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join the team. This is a fixed-term contract until March 2023. This job will give you the opportunity to work in a mixed space, majorly in recruitment followed by Advisory and Employee Relations.

You will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment
- Support and coaching managers
- Maintain all employee documents
- Review and introduce wellbeing
- Assisting with different projects
- Enhancing Employee engagement
Key Requirements for this role:
- Experienced in house Recruitment/ HR operations
- Knowledge/Understanding of Legislative requirements
- Good relationship management skills
- Creative and innovative thinker with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
