Opportunity for an HR Advisor on a 5-month salaried Fixed term contract- commencing end of April through to end of September.

This is a maternity leave cover with the following responsibilities: 

• Providing generalist HR support to Managers
• L&D Support
• ER support
• Employment agreements
• Maintaining training database
• HR project support
• Inductions
• Support organisational change
• Onboarding and off boarding
• Coordinate performance appraisals and relevant documents
• Health & Safety support
• Recruitment

You will need to have good generalist HR advisory experience including NZ employment legislation, be well organised with excellent communication skills.
