Opportunity for a P&C Coordinator to join a fast-paced organisation to be responsible for providing P&C administrative support and to manage the day-to-day HR queries and assist with initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Recruitment support
  • Contract and compliance documentation
  • Induction and exit processes
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Support the Learning and Organisational Development Lead with coordinating L&D opportunities
  • Assist with workshops and events
  • Support with payroll information and changes
  • Support for Performance Reviews
Skills and Experience:
  • HR Coordinator or Administration experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-centred approach
  • Can work at pace
  •  Excellent MS office skills
