- First point of contact for HR queries
- Maintain accurate records
- Recruitment support
- Contract and compliance documentation
- Induction and exit processes
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Support the Learning and Organisational Development Lead with coordinating L&D opportunities
- Assist with workshops and events
- Support with payroll information and changes
- Support for Performance Reviews
- HR Coordinator or Administration experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer-centred approach
- Can work at pace
- Excellent MS office skills
