The role is responsible for the management of HR for the NZ business unit, and will works closely with the Chief People Officer and People & Culture Manager – AU, based in Australia, to ensure Group-wide strategies and systems are implemented and maintained.
Opportunity to NZ own and drive the planning, directing and coordination of operational human resource management activities for the NZ business unit, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and induction, performance management, employee relations and training and development.
In addition to this you will be involved in the design and will own and drive the implementation and execution of People initiatives, systems and frameworks into the operations.
The role will lead the day-to-day HR delivery and maintain the HR framework including the refresh/review of policies, forms and systems.
