Key responsibilities:
- Generalist HR remit
- ER/IR advice in a unionised environment
- Advisory to Managers and staff
- Coordinate and support recruitment
- Onboarding and induction processes
- Main point of contact for HR administration
- Engagement surveys
- Reporting inclusive of daily report meetings with production
- Coordinate monthly drug and alcohol testing on site
- HR project support
