Opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Partner to provide high quality, generalist HR support, and be the first point of contact for leaders on people matters. 

There will be a strong focus on employment relations, practical problem solving and ensuring consistent, values led people practices.

Key Accountabilities:

• Portfolio based people partnering
• Employment Relations
• Lead and/or support Union engagement
• Performance and People  Management 
• Workforce Planning and Capability support
• Culture, Engagement and Wellbeing
• People Processes & Continuous Improvement

We are looking for 4-5 years' experience in a generalist people partnering role, strong employment relations knowledge and experience in a unionised environment.
