Opportunity for an experienced HRBP for a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role will work closely with leaders providing best practice HR advice, problem solve and recommend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and developing leaders
- Strategic and operational support
- Providing HR advice
- Employment Relations advice
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the L&D team to deliver practical HR solutions
