Come and join a large People & Culture team to build Manager capability and provide operational HR advisory through the provision of expert advice,support and coaching across the organisation.
The role of People Consultant is a generalist role and can cover a wide range of HR areas (ER, internal communication, people & talent development, succession planning, HR systems, processes & policies).
The culture of the organization is fast pace, which requires people to be flexible, curious and have great problem-solving abilities. It also requires close collaboration with all members of the P&C team.
- Partner with managers and leaders
- Provision of quality operational advice
You will collaborate with other Consultants, Business Partners, Advisors and Managers to ensure all people related consulting and employment relations matters are concluded efficiiently and effectively- with the key outcome being the high quality and delivery of people consulting support and guidance.
You will need a strong comprehension of NZ employment legislation, ability to build strong collaborative partnerships and have exceptional customer focus and experience.
Would suit an experienced senior level advisor or an intermediate Advisor ready for the next step.
